EXCLUSIVE: Estelle & Kennedy Hollywood Law Firm tries to Silence those with Inside Simka knowledge: The "cease and desist" intimidation letters that forced Atty Leighton Lloyd to finally be officially appointed COO of SuperdopeTV (usually a material change that should be disclosed to MicroVentures investors)

Reg CF Hollywood crowdfunding SuperdopeTV whirwind continues: Exclusive screenshot submitted of Estelle & Kennedy's intimidation attempts to help Simka avoid paying 6-month old $2,500 invoice and $30k fake equity issuance by prominant crowdfunding attorney in Bunny Bravo filmMychal Simka, CEO of SuperdopeTV, has now decided to devote even more Reg CF "Bunny Bravo" resources and time to stiffing vendors out of $2,500 rather than just dropping a check in the mailbox. Instead of paying the vendors, now his 6th attorney has asked his vendors to assure him that our Reg CF Micro Ventures Investor blog you are reading be removed from the internet, despite the fact that this opinion blog is independently operated by a team of Hollywood Crowdfunding Reg CF (Title 3) enthusiasts, NOT by one of the 2 vendors owed equity whom he continues to threaten legal action against.
Provided a conduit through which Mychal Simka snagged $677,000 and counting from investors in 2017
One of the several bewildered recipients of the out-of-bounds Cease and Desist intimidation letter replied with the following: "To be clear, [my firm] was never hired by Mychal Simka nor did I ever engage websites to make any [opinion] statements about Mychal. I have no idea why [my firm] would be included in your letter."
If SuperdopeTV CEO Mychal Simka does not like our opinion blog with topics including Reg CF crowdfunding activities under Title 3 of the JOBS act as they relate to the filming of supposed Hollywood feature films, couldn't he use the money he raised to simply "sue" the op-ed owner of the web site, like he threatened to "sue" his vendors for requesting that he remit payment?
Bevilacqua PLLC filed the Form C with the SEC for "Bunny Bravo" and "SuperdopeTV" Reg CF, failed to name COO Atty Leighton Lloyd in investor disclosure among numerous other hidden truths investors should know
The victims, who earlier this year spent countless resources, and hired additional staff, to ensure the Reg CF crowdfunding campaign was a success, were working so hard under false pretense conceptualized by Bevilacqua (Reg CF lawyer) who negotiated the deal, to bribe the vendors into accepting Simka as a client under the promise of equity, if the raise was a success.
The Reg CF raise oversubscribed and ended up with $500,000 that Simka spent in 90 days, and of the 480 investors of "Adventures of Bunny Bravo", several are contributors to this blog wondering the same question: Where is our cash today (6 months after the raise)?
Critics of Reg CF crowdfunding as an investment view it as monopoly money, considering the predetory nature of Title 3 of the JOBS act. Mumblings in the blogosphere suggest that most of the time, in Reg CF, the investors never hear any company updates at all after they put in their hard-earned cash.
Against regulatory laws for funding portals like MicroVentures, Bill Clark passed along private information regarding the names and amounts investors. Simka then publicially humiliated these investors, as seen in our previous breaking update with Simka's 4am rant.
See the exclusive screenshots the Cease and Desist, to whom they threatened more than 6 different parties (some of which had nothing to do with the Reg CF contract disputes). Our contributor reports that during the phone call, a young woman named "Jackie Abadella" mentioned to the individual that the individual "would have no choice but to show up in court due to the federal nature of the impending case".
Poor dude probably didn't even want to be an officer, but had to be after the intimidation letter for Bunny Bravo's past debts to stay out of troubleHow is it conveivable that the individual threatened above could be the only individual in the world who knows this well-respected attorney Leighton Lloyd's Hotmail email address that he used on one of his 2 LinkedIn accounts (yup) for the past 4 years?
Surely he didn't create the Hotmail account just for this legal shakedown as they refer to as a "settlement" in their letter, although there was no settlement at all.
Perhaps Lloyd is not listed as a key executive in the SEC Form C that Bevilacqua prepared for the safety of investors because Simka attorney who operates 2 LinkedIn separate profiles, which some contributors have offered to have him become COO *IF* he poses as an attorney and performs the unprofessional "settlement", as the cease and desist refers to it as? Strange, to say the least. This is the same Hollywoodquestioned if it could be a symptom of multiple personality disorder. We're not doctors, but our webmasters would love to hear from you at email@example.com, regardless of which MicroVentures campaign you have invested in as we compile this ongoing Reg CF op-ed journalism. Tell us how you're doing 6 to 12 months after investing in a Reg CF, and we'd be happy to review the Form C with our securities legal team for filing errors and MicroVentures or Sponsor missteps to see if there is any legal or financial recourse available for you.
What agreement on December 1, 2017 are they referring to? What is Simka so badly trying to hide? Is he paying the lawyers with crowdfunding proceeds from "Adventures of Bunny Bravo"?
"Cease and desist" order Simka's lawyers sent out to 4 companies that do not operate our blog web site to silence people who might be on to them about the crowdfunding shenanigans concieved by Bill Clark, Lou Bevilacqua, Barry Katz, Bart Baker, & Leighton Lloyd to help Mychal Simka be the face of the supposed scheme

I guess the old idiom “fake it til you make it” has crossed over into crowdfunding, where @MychalSimka told Bunny Bravo investors that he was the brain behind “Birds of Paradise”. Wrong, #deceptive and downright sick. It was a @Lionsgate / @GrindstoneEnt film NOT @SimkaEnt pic.twitter.com/vTS6wQHtnX— JOBS Act Title III Predatory Financing (@RegCF) December 13, 2017
